자진유급
성적이 기대에 못 미치는 경우 신청을 통하여 원하는 학년으로 자진하여 유급할 수 있습니다.
자진유급은 1회 최대 8학기까지, 재적기간 중 2회까지 신청할 수 있습니다.
마지막 정규학기 이상의 졸업예정자는 자진유급을 신청할 수 없습니다.
1. 신청 방법 : HY-in포털 로그인 > 신청 > 학적변동 > 자진유급신청
자진유급은 정해진 기간에 HY-in포털로 신청할 수 있고, 2025-1학기부터 서류 제출을 받지 않습니다.
학기에 맞춰서만 자진유급할 수 있습니다. (예) 2학기 신청기간 중 1학기로 자진유급 불가
2. 유의사항
(1) 신청한 학년 및 학기까지의 모든 정규학기 성적이 폐기됩니다.
(2) 계절학기와 군e-러닝의 성적은 폐기 여부를 선택할 수 있으나, 특정 학기 또는 과목만 폐기하는 것은 불가합니다.
(3) 유급으로 지워지는 학기의 학사경고 횟수는 차감됩니다. 다만, 학적부로는 학사경고 이력을 확인할 수 있습니다.
(4) 이수한 필수과목, 선수강과목이 자진유급으로 폐기되면 다시 이수해야 합니다.
(5) 자진유급 후 적용되는 교육과정이 바뀌게 되면 필수과목이 새롭게 지정될 수 있습니다.

**자진유급은 반드시 짝수 개의 학기를 지우게 됨. (e.g. 2학년 1학기 진급예정 > 1학년 1학기 자진유급, 4학년 2학기 진급예정 > 2학년 2학기 자진유급)
Voluntary Withdrawal with Grade Retention (자진유급)
This system allows students to voluntarily withdraw from the university and repeat a previous semester. All academic records from the selected semester onward will be deleted.
You may choose whether to delete records from the summar/winter semester Military e-Learning (군e-러닝), but individual semesters cannot be selectively deleted.
A. Application Procedure
Students must apply for Re-registration through the HY-in portal by themselves during the announced period.
B. Notes
(1) You may apply for up to 8 semesters at a time, and may use this option only twice during your enrollment.
(2) Students expected to graduate(졸업예정생) or those extending their study period(학업연장자) are not eligible to apply for "Voluntary Withdrawal."
(3) All grades from the selected semester onward will be delted. (You may choose whether to delete records from summer/winter semesters and Military e-learning (군e-러닝), but individual courses cannot be selectively deleted.)
(4) If you are currently enrolled in a summar/winter semester and wish to delete the grades, apply for withdrawal only after the final grades have been released.
