복학
모든 복학은 정해진 기간에 HY-in포털을 통해 신청할 수 있습니다.
신청한 복학희망학년 및 학기에 따라 정규복학, 월반복학 또는 자진유급복학으로 신청됩니다.
외국인 학생의 학적변동은 국제입학팀(☎02-2220-2519), 대학원생은 각 단과대학 행정팀으로 문의하시기 바랍니다.
1. 신청 방법 : HY-in포털 로그인 > 신청 > 학적변동 > 복학신청
모든 휴학은 정해진 기간에 HY-in포털로 신청할 수 있고, 전역 후 복학 등 제출서류가 있는 경우 신청 시 파일로 첨부하시기 바랍니다.
※ 입대휴학 후 복학 신청자의 제출 서류
| 전역자(소집해제자) | 전역증(군 경력증명서), 병적증명서 또는 주민등록초본 |
| 전역예정자(소집해제예정자) | (현역) 부대 발행 전역예정증명서 / (사회복무요원 등) 복무확인서 |
개강 후 전역예정자는 수업일수 2/3 이상을 채울 수 있는 경우에 복학을 신청할 수 있습니다. 단, 부대 사정 등으로 수업 결손이 발생할 경우 이에 대한 책임은 학생에게 있으며 공결 신청은 불가합니다.
전공배정을 받지 않은 산업융합학부 학생은 2학년으로, 데이터사이언스학부 학생은 3학년으로 복학할 수 없습니다. 전공배정은 학사운영팀으로 문의하시기 바랍니다(☎02-2220-0074).
2. 월반복학
한 학기 휴학 후 복학하는 경우로, 1학기 복학예정자가 2학기에 복학하는 경우 또는 2학기 복학예정자가 1학기에 복학하는 경우가 해당합니다.
월반한 학기(건너 뛴 학기)에 지정되는 필수과목은 졸업 전까지 반드시 이수해야 합니다.
미필(선수강)과목 미이수, 수강신청 학년 제한, 교과목 시간표 중복 등의 이유로 희망하는 시기에 졸업이 어려울 수 있습니다.
3. 자진유급복학
입력한 복학희망학년으로 자진유급하여 복학하는 경우로, 신청한 학년 및 학기까지의 정규학기 성적이 폐기됩니다.
계절학기와 군e-러닝의 성적은 폐기 여부를 선택할 수 있으나, 특정 학기 또는 과목만 폐기하는 것은 불가합니다.
이수한 필수과목의 성적이 자진유급으로 폐기되면 다시 이수해야 합니다.
Return to School (복학) - Re-registration
When your leave of absence period ends, or if you wish to return early, you must apply for Re-registration during the designated application period. Failure to apply within the period will result in expulsion.
A. Application Procedure
Students must apply for Re-registration through the HY-in portal by themselves during the announced period.
B. Required Documents
All students must apply through the HY-in portal.
- Students returning from military service must submit the following:
* Certificate of Discharge (전역증)
* Certificate of Military Registration (병적증명서)
* Original Abstract of Resident Registration (주민등록초본)
C. Notes
- If you apply for Voluntary Withdrawal with Grade Retention(자진유급복학), all academic records from the selected semester onward will be deleted. (You may choose whether to delete from the summar/winter semesters and Military e-Learning (군e-러닝), but individual semesters cannot be selectively deleted.)
- Re-registration is possible only before the start of the first semester (spring) or second semester (fall).
